This concept is used in toothless patients or in patients whose teeth need to be removed for some reason.
Immediately after tooth extraction or on toothless jaws, 4 implants are installed (that’s reason to call it All on 4). The implants are placed in such a way that the 2 posterior implants on the upper and lower jaws are placed at an angle. This placement of the implant makes it possible to bypass the maxillary sinus in the upper jaw and the nerve in the lower jaw. In this way, complex bone augmentation procedures can be avoided. The crowns are installed on the day of implantation. As a result, patients do not walk without teeth and do not have to wear a temporary removable prosthesis.

- We install 6 to 8 implants per jaw in most cases. The more implants, the better the load is distributed and the more teeth can be installed.
- We use a computer surgical template – This allows the implants to be installed in an ideal position and avoid damage to anatomical structures – arteries or nerves. Implantation is performed with a minimum number of and incisions or without them at all. The intervention time is shortened several times.
- From the beginning to the end of the procedure, i.e. from diagnostics to tooth milling, all calculations and designs are performed on a computer. It is called “digital protocol”. This will ensure accuracy, speed and minimize the “human factor”.
- Today, “new tooth” constructions are being made before surgery.
- Modern hi-tech laboratory allows us to hand over permanent crowns 4 days after the operation. The patient receives temporary crowns on the day of implantation.
- And finally, we work in sedation. A team of experienced anesthesiologists will ensure a peaceful sleep during the intervention. You will sit in a chair with your teeth destroyed or absent, and wake up with a beautiful smile.

How does it work
First day
We scan the teeth, create 3D images, shoot video and take photos.
Based on the obtained data, we will create a design for the future smile, place the implants in the computer and pre-mill the crowns for the implants.
Second day
We will show you the design of your future smile on a computer. If necessary, we will print new teeth on a 3D printer and test them in your mouth.
Third day
Implant installation, fixation of temporary teeth.
Fourth day
Fixation of permanent crowns.
Permanent crowns have a titanium reinforcing element inside. This will ensure sufficient strength of the structure.
